Make sure! you have your valid email address and active phone no before you register for CLOUD account (As a bidder).

Once you registered, we email you with login details. If you not get any reply within 48 hours, please contact us.

For bidders, who forgot password!!! please visit our password reset link to get a new password.

CLOUD auction has an option called “phone bid”. If you don’t have email address you can chose this option. Just call the given no and follow the instruction. Basically this option for non-techie person.

You must be blocked by the auctioneer. In CLOUD auction auctioneer has the access to Block/Unblock any bidders. If its the situation with you then contact auctioneer directly.

if you win any auction, you’ll get the confirmation email from CLOUD. Auctioneer will call you to setup the shipping process along with the payment option.

If there is any issue with shipping & payment, contact us immediately. CLOUD ‘ll step up and solve the issue.

You must have a CLOUD auctioneer account to set up your own auction. It’s a PAID service. Please contact us if you are interested.

CLOUD auction is always free for ‘bidders’ but for ‘auctioneer’ it’s a paid service. For more details contact us.

It’s a cool feature in CLOUD auction. Auctioneer can set up PRIVATE auction which is allow only for specific bidders. For more details contact us.

As an auctioneer, you can cancel your CLOUD account anytime. There is no commitment so chill..!

if you win any auction, you’ll get the confirmation email from CLOUD. Auctioneer will call you to setup the shipping process along with the payment option.

If there is any issue with shipping & payment, contact us immediately. CLOUD ‘ll step up and solve the issue.
